Intracytoplasmic sperm injection or ICSI is a widely used technique for treating severe male factor infertility. Using a micro manipulator, a single sperm is injected into the cytoplasm of an egg. Pregnancies are achieved even in men with a “zero” sperm count using testicular sperm!
