Login and Setup
After downloading, log in using the credentials provided by the Invia Team. Your secure login ensures that your information is always private and protected. If you need further assistance with your login information, please contact us directly, as only we can provide support for login issues.

  • As of June 29, 2026, our patients will no longer be able to use the current eIVF Patient Mobile App. You will need to download the eIVF CareSync App from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Our patients will not be able to login to use the web Patient Portal using their current password due to enhanced password encryption. Patients can click "forgot password" on the login screen to reset their password to meet the stronger encryption requirements.
  • The same username and password is used for BOTH Patient Portal (web) and CareSync mobile app.
  • When prompted, enter your zip code to verify your identity.
  • On your first login, enter InVia's Practice ID: P914091 to link to our clinic.
