Ideal Protein Diet, Its Cost and the Successes

For over six months now we’ve seem, first hand, success with the Ideal Protein diet. More than twenty patients and employees have experienced Ideal Protein and ALL have been satisfied. More importantly, ALL have lost on average 3-5 pounds per week with significant inches lost as well.

So what’s the most frequently heard reason why people refuse to begin the diet? Cost. Allow me to dispel misinformation and help everyone better understand what the REAL cost is.

Ideal Protein is a MEAL REPLACEMENT, not a meal supplement. You will not continue with your daily, weekly or monthly dietary habits. We will provide you with three meals per day for $4 per meal. You will no longer be able to drink soda, stop at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for a $5 latte, have Friday night pizza, have your nightly glass of wine or cocktail, go out for Sunday morning breakfast, fast food stops are over and that weekly dinner at your favorite restaurant has to be put on hold.

If you’re honest with yourself and you add up the total of everything you consume in a given week, chances are you spend significantly more than the cost of this diet. Everyone can continue to find excuses, which I wrote about in my last blog. Cost and success can no longer be one of them. And when you find another excuse, I’ll be sure to poke many holes in that one as well.
